Prom items available to all area kids at the Belleville Public Library, KansasHi everyone! We are excited to announce we are doing a "Prep for Prom "event! Donations accepted from now until Prom. Shoes, dresses, suits, jewelry etc. The goal is to be a resource for kiddos who want to go to prom ,but didn't think they would be able to.
